Bad news for all switch owners who can’t wait for Dark Souls: Remastered. Bandai Namco has postponed the game for the Switch.

The game will be available for all other platforms from May 25, 2018. The official press release says:

The release for the Nintendo Switch version is now postponed to summer 2018. In this time frame will also appear the amiibo of Solaire of Astora. Thanks to the Nintendo Switch version, players can play Dark Souls: Remastered anytime, anywhere.

So there is no exact release date yet. But we’ll keep you posted.

  1. Good news as it’s a bad news for us old fans probably. If they are doing a remaster they should save all from old content to push people into buying it.
