One of the biggest world’s game providers, Blizzard Entertainment, is in big trouble. Their free-to-play online collectible card video game Hearthstone’s Ranked Play is disabled and nobody knows why.
Blizzard is almost sure that the problem has something to do with technical part of the game.
We are aware of an issue with Ranked Play progression for the March 2018 season roll. While we investigate, we have temporarily disabled Ranked Play mode in regions where the March season has begun, which currently includes Asia and Europe. We will continue to update this thread as more information becomes available.
Fans are upset because the company didn’t specify reasons for disabling RP. This lockout has something to do with Chinese player ranks – inflation of five-star ranks was unusual and it was connected with ladder reset changes in new versions. Blizzard is silent about reasons so we can only wait for public statements. Also, don’t forget to read about the Hearthstone’s latest update and changes and the Year of The Raven.
