Dude it is well known that PC graphically speaking is always the supirior choice. Consoles are confind to one graphics processor for 7-10 years. PC's tech changes every year.

Im up in the air on this one. Its more ofa rental I think. The first Red Faction was awesome. The 2nd one sucked. So rental.
